Fox Landscape Maintenance offers montly billing for your convenience!

• Bills are mailed or sent electronically on the 20th of the month 

• Payment in full is due by the 30th of the month (net 10 days)

• Pay by check or credit card 

• If payment in full is not received by the 30th, a late fee of $20.00 will apply

• If payment in full is not received within 30 days from application of late charge, services will be suspended until the full payment is received, and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 will be required to resume services.  

 

Example:

Invoice for services is mailed on June 20th.  Payment in full is due by June 30th.   At 0001 hours on July 1st, a late fee of $20.00 will be applied to your bill.  If payment in full is not made by August 1st, services will be suspended, and 60 days from original due date, collection efforts may begin.

 

Fox Landscape Maintenance is a family-run business, and we rely on timely payment for our livlihood. We take providing exceptional service to our clients seriously, and we, in turn, expect our clients to respect our business.
